Today's Tip is : Checking Your Own Skin

As we know people have different blood types, so too do we have a variety of skin types. Below is a list of Skin types plus how to check yourself.

1. Normal Skin

If there is no sign of pimples, pigmentation, acne, white heads or dead skin cells. This shows you have a normal skin. Normal skin is quite healthier in appearance and has plenty on elasticity. It doesnt feel cracky or slippery.

You do need to take care of your skin since it suffers from sun damage, break outs and so forth. Simply use products meant for normal skin and you'll be all glowing through your growth in beauty. A few pimples here an there will be visible due to hormonal changes,

2. Dry Skin

Dry-skin looks dull and unhealthy. There just no glow to it. Cheeks, areas around eyes and lips look powdery white and wrinkles appear earlier.

Dry skin is caused by sebaceous glands not producing oil enough to keep the skin moisturized. This type of skin requires you to always apply external moisturizer and keep the oil skin in balance.

3. Oily Skin

Oily skin is greasy, shiny and has enlarged pores. Pores filled with dirt and oil.

Here, the sebaceous glands secrete ectra oil that fill and attract dirt/bacteria. Soon to form blackheads.

To care for oily skin, you need to stick to diets and skin products meant to help you balance your oil.

4. Combined Skin

Combination skin can be seen when one part of the face, lets say your nose and forehead are oily. While the rest of your face like your cheek is dry.

You can start right away with using these tips to check your skin type and know how to take care of it. As for me, I'll engage with my friend more and research to help you get that glowing skin you've always wanted. You want it right?
