Pope Francis reminds the world about 14th of May
The COVID-19 pandemic has obviously affected the world's economy, putting a halt to social gatherings, businesses, and machinery of governments.
Consequently, many have lost their lives while many have been infected with the deadly virus, and are now left battling for their lives.
Scientists and doctors across the globe are still in a search to discover the vaccines that would eradicate this deadly virus that has plagued mankind. Amidst the search, there have be continuous records of confirmed cases and deaths around the world which has caused our own Christian religious leader, Pope Francis, to remind the world what is required of everybody on the 14th of May 2020.
In a Tweet on his Twitter handle, Pope Francis reminds believers of every religion what is required of us all on the 14th of May.
He said that believers of every religion are invited to unite themselves spiritually in a day of prayer, fasting and doing works of charity in order to implore God to help humanity overcome the coronavirus pandemic.
As agreed by all religion, the 14th of May will be a day of prayers in a bid to ask God to deliver the world from this deadly pandemic that has plagued us all.
