Eggs contains vitamin D,vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B6, calcium and zinc. Eggs are loaded with nutrients,they contain a little bit of almost every nutrient the body needs.




A single boiled egg contains vitamin A,vitamin B5,vitamin B12, phosphorus and selenium.







Eggs are very important to the body,apart from eating eggs,eggs have other uses we may not know about.

Some other uses of eggs are:


1. Egg acts as hair conditioner : Get two eggs, crack them open,add a little olive oil to the cracked eggs,whisk the mixture very well. Apply all over your hair,cover your hair with a shower cap. Leave it on for 20mins. Rinse it off,it makes the hair sleek.





2. Eggs act as anti aging cleanser and face mask: Eggs contain lots of protein that are very good for the face. Get an egg crack open,take out the white part,add a little water and whisk properly. Apply all over your face, leave it on for 15mins and wash it off.

3. It serves as first aid : When you boil an egg and peel off the shell,there is this white layer between the egg and the shell(the membrance).The membrance helps stop bleeding. You can also boil an egg, wrap the boiled egg in a towel and rub it on your bruises. The heat helps to move the blood gathering at a spot.





4. Egg promotes nail growth: Egg gives strengthen to damaged nails.It prevents the nails from cracking. Mix half cup of warm milk and 1egg yolk.Soak your nails in the mixture for 10mins. Rinse with cold water.
